**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Lead Generator** to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility is to identify and qualify potential customers, and pass warm leads to our sales closers to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and other outreach methods
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and needs
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and lead status
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to keep prospects engaged
- Report lead generation results to the team leader regularly

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and persistent personality
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage but **not required ( fresher can also apply)
- Willing to work on-site
