About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Field Executive to lead our on-ground activation efforts across Telangana and beyond. This is a high-ownership field role that requires someone who is comfortable working independently, engaging diverse communities, and building relationships at the grassroots level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing BTL (Below-the-Line) activations, including campus drives, public pop-ups, community events, and melas.
- Engaging with SHG networks, VO/MS federations, and rural community leaders for grassroots initiatives and building channel partners.
- Onboarding referral partners, dealership affiliates, and brand ambassadors at the local level.
- Coordinating influencer and content creator tie-ups at the regional level.
- Identifying partnership and event participation opportunities across districts.
- Frequent travel across Telangana districts, including Karimnagar, Nalgonda, Warangal, Sangareddy, Mahabubnagar, and other locations, for network building and activation activities.
- Driving on-ground lead generation and ensuring CRM entry after every activation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Rural Development, Social Work, or related fields are preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, field marketing, or community outreach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Telugu; proficiency in Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with frequent travel; this is a field-intensive role and not a desk-based position.
- Understanding of rural and semi-urban Telangana markets will be a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred, considering the nature of travel involved.
