Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Attend incoming phone calls and transfer them appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
- Handle inward and outward courier.
- Maintain visitor records.
- Coordinate with office staff.
- Manage office documents and filing.
- Support day-to-day administrative work.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Professional personality.
