Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PF Executive to manage and oversee our organization's Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other statutory compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience handling end-to-end PF operations, a deep understanding of labor laws, and the ability to seamlessly interface with government portals and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities1. PF & Statutory Compliance Management
- End-to-End PF Processing: Manage monthly PF transfers, withdrawals, advances, and nomination forms (Form 2, Form 11, etc.).
- Challan Generation: Timely generation and filing of monthly Electronic Challan-cum-Return (ECR) for PF and ESIC.
- UAN Management: Oversee Universal Account Number (UAN) generation, activation, and linking with Aadhaar/KYC for all new joiners.
- Grievance Redressal: Handle employee queries regarding PF accounts, settlement delays, KYC corrections, and UAN discrepancies.
2. Documentation & Audit Support
- Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to statutory deductions.
- Audit Readiness: Prepare necessary documentation and registers for internal, external, and government labor audits.
- Liaisoning: Coordinate with PF/ESIC local authorities and consultants to resolve any compliance issues or notices.
3. Reporting & Collaboration
- Coordination with Payroll: Work closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate deductions and timely disbursement of statutory liabilities.
- MIS Reporting: Maintain and update monthly MIS trackers related to PF/ESIC compliance status and pending employee claims.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
