Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our laptop showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent customer handling skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets. The role involves guiding customers, mentoring junior sales staff, and driving showroom sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and IT products based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, specifications, warranty, financing options, and promotional offers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Generate new business leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Guide and support junior sales executives in achieving team goals.
- Ensure proper product display and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with the inventory and accounts teams for product availability and billing.
- Stay updated with the latest laptop brands, technology trends, and new product launches.
- Prepare daily sales reports and customer follow-up reports.
- Promote value-added products such as accessories, extended warranties, and software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of laptops, desktops, accessories, and computer hardware.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in laptop, computer, electronics, or retail showroom sales.
- Experience in leading a sales team or mentoring junior staff will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
