The Senior Manager – Stores will be responsible for managing end-to-end stores, warehouse, and inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock management and uninterrupted material availability for production. The role includes overseeing material receipt, storage, issue, transfer, dispatch, inventory control, stock reconciliation, ERP updates, and maintaining warehouse efficiency through standardized processes.
The candidate will coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure timely material availability, monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and resolve inventory discrepancies. They will also lead the stores team, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements, and maintain accurate documentation.
In a jewelry manufacturing environment, the role includes managing the inventory and reconciliation of precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, and other high-value materials while ensuring proper security, traceability, and accountability.
The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of experience in Stores, Inventory, or Warehouse Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, warehouse operations, MS Excel, team management, and process improvement is essential. Jewelry manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
