Qualifications:
- 0–1 year of experience in customer care or customer support
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Postgraduate qualification
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work with speed, flexibility, and adaptability
- Good active listening and communication skills while handling customer interactions
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
- Communicate effectively with customers through verbal and written interactions in a calm and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information, support, and solutions related to bookings and customer queries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Connect with customers regularly based on daily check-in and check-out schedules
- Collect and document customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance customer experience
- Encourage satisfied customers to post Google reviews by sharing the review link
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Support initiatives focused on improving the customer journey and minimizing service issues
- Deliver quality customer service and recommend operational improvements when required
- Develop a strong understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively
- Build customer loyalty through proactive follow-ups and personalized interactions
