We are looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and tech-savvy Shop Manager to handle daily operations and billing at our well-established retail shop in Karnal. The ideal candidate will assist the owner in managing sales, inventory, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
EPOS & Billing: Manage the EPOS system, handle daily billing, inventory entries, and digital payments (UPI/Card).
Sales & Customer Service: Greet and assist customers politely to drive sales.
Store Management: Maintain stock levels, keep the shop organized, and handle daily cash matching
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales and EPOS/POS billing systems.
Skills: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong mental math for accounts.
Traits: Honest, reliable, and punctual (Local candidates from Karnal preferred).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
