Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and provide technical support for radiology equipment such as X-Ray, C-Arm, DR, CR, Mammography.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues related to radiology systems.
- Attend customer service calls promptly and provide effective technical solutions.
- Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance records, and installation documentation.
- Provide basic operational training and guidance to doctors, technicians, and end users.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during service activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and emergency service support
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Experience in servicing Radiology Equipment such as X-Ray, C-Arm, DR, CR, Mammography, or Cath Lab systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
