Role Description:-
This is a full-time Presales Executive role located in Bangalore. The role mainly involves connecting with potential homebuyers, understanding their budget and location preferences, and suggesting the most suitable property options. You will also coordinate with the field sales team and follow up with leads, which will be provided by the company. The company will provide leads, system, mobile, and SIM card so you do not need to use personal assets. The role comes with a fixed salary along with attractive incentives for successful closures.
Responsibilities in Detail:-
• Interacting with assigned leads and explaining property options
• Understanding customer requirements regarding budget and location
• Coordinating with the field sales team for meetings and site visits
• Following up with leads until closure
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensuring exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals Qualifications
• Any degree or diploma (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹9,431.98 - ₹32,332.51 per month
