About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Cambridge Admissions Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective parents and students through the admission process, promote the Cambridge curriculum, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and lead conversion skills, along with a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and website leads.
- Counsel parents on the Cambridge curriculum, teaching methodology, school facilities, and admission process.
- Conduct campus tours and virtual counselling sessions for prospective families.
- Manage the complete admission lifecycle from enquiry to enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective parents to achieve admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and admissions using ERP school management software.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for assessments, documentation, and onboarding.
- Organize and support school events, open houses, orientation programs, and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with parents to deliver an exceptional admissions experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admissions reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in school admissions, preferably in a Cambridge/International School.
- Strong understanding of the Cambridge curriculum and international education.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and counselling skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in admissions for Cambridge, IB, or other international curricula.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹11,788.95 - ₹30,844.17 per month
