Role Overview
As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with the legal and product teams to support contract management, legal research, and compliance processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate law within a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts such as NDAs, vendor agreements, and service agreements
- Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes, including documentation and tracking
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory topics
- Help in creating and maintaining contract templates and clause libraries
- Assist in compliance checks and internal policy documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to support legal requirements
- Organize and maintain legal records and documentation systems
Requirements
- Currently pursuing LLB/BA LLB (3rd year onwards preferred)
- Strong interest in corporate law, contracts, and legal operations
- Good drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Interest in legal-tech, SaaS, or AI-driven products is a plus
