Job Summary
Revalsys Technologies is looking for a highly driven Software Sales Lead to take complete ownership of the sales lifecycle for our software and technology solutions. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for generating leads, prospecting clients, conducting meetings, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent business development skills, and a proven track record of selling software, SaaS, HRMS, CRM, ERP, Payroll, ATS, or other technology solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Sales Ownership
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and field visits.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify customer pain points and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Follow up consistently and manage the entire opportunity lifecycle.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals independently.
Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities across SMB and enterprise markets.
- Build relationships with decision-makers including HR Heads, Founders, CEOs, Operations Heads, and IT Managers.
- Expand market presence through direct customer engagement and strategic outreach.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Field Sales Activities
- Meet prospective clients regularly through field visits.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, product discussions, and business presentations.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetups when required.
Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Provide sales forecasts and business updates to leadership.
- Continuously improve conversion rates across the sales funnel.
Required Skills
- 2–7 years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Solutions Sales, or Enterprise Technology Sales.
- Strong experience in field sales and direct customer acquisition.
- Proven ability to independently manage the complete sales lifecycle.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience selling HRMS, Payroll, ATS, CRM, ERP, SaaS, AI/ML, Analytics, or enterprise software solutions.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven startup or growth-stage environment.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹932,726.04 - ₹2,250,957.49 per year
