About the Role
As a Product Associate at Foradian, you will be the engine room for the Fedena product team. You will bridge the gap between our clients, the technical/engineering team, and product leadership. You are expected to move beyond simple task management to become a champion of user feedback, translating complex customer pain points into actionable requirements for our developers. This role is ideal for a structured thinker who thrives in a fast-paced EdTech environment and is eager to own the execution of product features from ideation to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Definition & Customization: Collaborate with Product Management to document detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Own the scoping and requirement gathering for client-specific customization projects, ensuring that client requests align with the long-term Fedena product roadmap.
- Research & Discovery: Conduct thorough research on emerging EdTech trends, competitor feature sets, and market gaps. Synthesize these insights to propose new features or enhancements that increase product stickiness and value.
- Liaison & Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between engineering, QA, and non-technical stakeholders (Sales/Implementation/Support). Translate client pain points into clear, executable technical requirements for the development team.
- Usage & Impact Analysis: Analyze customer feedback, support tickets, and product usage data to identify friction points and prioritize backlog items. Use data to evaluate the success of newly released features or customizations.
- Release & Lifecycle Support: Actively participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features and customizations. Support the creation of release notes, internal training materials, and documentation to ensure seamless adoption by the implementation and support teams.
- Technical Advocacy: Act as the internal champion for Fedena's functional capabilities, providing data-backed recommendations on when to build a generic enhancement versus a bespoke customization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a SaaS environment (Product Management, Business Analyst, or Technical Support Lead roles preferred).
- Technical Literacy: A strong grasp of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to visualize abstract problems and suggest practical technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to translate "client speak" into "developer language" and vice-versa.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data tools (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or product analytics platforms) to make decisions based on evidence rather than intuition.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain focus in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Business/Management discipline is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
