Role Description
Responsible for machined parts comply to the customer requirement & drawings.
Responsible for maintaining red tag area of all rejection parts.
Raising NCR for non conformance from vendors.
Verification of the effectiveness of corrective action taken.
Investigate vendor complaints and non-conformance issues.
Maintain master list of MMR & Ensure calibration of the measuring instruments.
Responsible for document management systems.
Vendor plant visit / audits, as when required.
· Examining products, materials, and equipment to identify defects and ensure they meet specifications
· Running tests to identify defects and comparing products to requirements
· Drawing study & understanding the CTQ requirements in drg
· Knowledge in GD& T concept
· Well aware of using calipers, gauges, micrometers, Trimos & Height gauges and other measuring devices to measure products (Aware of CMM measurement would be an added advantage)
· Recommending changes to production processes to improve quality
· Removing products that don't meet standards from the production line
· Alerting the quality department of problems and communicating with other employees
· Maintaining proper paperwork and filling out inspection results
· Ensuring that products comply with drgs & standards
· Quality inspector from Machineshop & Manufacturing division would be preferred
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering and Maintenance skills
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Inspection techniques
- Knowledge and experience in the Automation industry
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
