Role: HR Intern (Recruitment)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
- Support the HR team in daily hiring activities
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
- Freshers are welcome to apply
