Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive the sales
growth and market penetration of our Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) product lines.
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in B2B sales and technical
knowledge of FRP materials to identify new opportunities, build strong client
relationships, and implement effective marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to
achieve and exceed marketing efforts for the FRP product lines.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities and
target potential clients across various sectors (e.g., construction, automotive,
Industries, infrastructure).
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term
relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, consultants’
structural engineering firms, and end-users.
Product Expertise & Education: Educate customers on the specific features,
benefits, applications, and technical specifications of FRP materials and products.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify
industry trends, opportunities, and threats, providing recommendations for product
enhancements and market positioning.
Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product
development, production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure customer satisfaction
and timely delivery.
Brand Promotion: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to
promote the product line and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering
(Mechanical, Polymer, or FRP preferred), or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B or industrial sales, preferably
within the FRP, composites, or related manufacturing industries.
Technical Knowledge: A strong technical understanding of FRP materials,
manufacturing processes (like hand lay-up or molding), and applications is preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal
skills.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Odoo).
Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, strategic thinker, and willing to travel
frequently for client meetings and market development.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
