Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Learn the company's manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Assist senior engineers in daily production activities.
- Monitor production performance and report any abnormalities.
- Support machine setup, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.
- Perform inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM (where applicable).
- Maintain production and quality records accurately.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Assist in preparing work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Monitor machine utilization and help reduce downtime.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company safety (EHS) policies and use of PPE.
- Support customer audits, internal audits, and process audits.
- Learn and implement quality systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
- Take on additional responsibilities assigned by the department manager.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Understanding of manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts if required.
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
