Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow engagement and followers.
- Content Creation: Develop creative, on-brand content, including copy, graphics, videos, and other digital assets.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize content for search engines to improve organic reach and manage search engine marketing efforts.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement rates and lead generation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimize future strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to our strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 2-3 years).
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
- Strong creative skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
