Qualifications: Any graduation degree.
Required Skills
Domain Knowledge- US healthcare processes (claims, billing, eligibility, EHR systems).
Technical Awareness- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or workflow monitoring dashboards.
Compliance- Strong understanding of HIPAA and data privacy requirements.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly switch from automated to manual workflows.
Communication- Clear documentation and escalation skills.
Flexibility: Comfortable working in US time zones (night shifts for offshore teams).
Preferred Background:
Experience in healthcare BPO/KPO or payer/provider support.
Exposure to automation/RPA environments.
Prior work in claims processing, billing, or eligibility verification.
Responsibilities:
Monitor healthcare automation workflows.
Handle exceptions, perform manual fallback processing,
Ensure HIPAA compliance, document incidents, and support continuous improvement.
