We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this in-office role, you will serve as the central hub of our daily operations—managing communications between suppliers and clients, tracking production timelines, and ensuring seamless product deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Communication & Follow-up: Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and clients; conduct daily follow-ups regarding order statuses, queries, and updates.
- Documentation & Data Management: Create, update, and maintain accurate product price lists, order sheets, and inventory logs.
- Production Tracking: Closely monitor factory/production timelines to ensure manufacturing stays on schedule and potential delays are flagged early.
- Logistics Coordination: Organize and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of products to clients, ensuring accurate documentation and timely arrival.
- Administrative Support: Assist management with daily operational tasks and troubleshooting logistics or supplier issues as they arise.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an office administration, operations, logistics, or supply chain role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets for price lists and order tracking).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone and email etiquette.
- Organization: Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to multitask without letting details slip through the cracks.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot delivery delays or supplier discrepancies calmly and efficiently.
