We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Tinker to join our body shop team. The candidate will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle body parts, dent removal, panel alignment, welding, and preparing vehicles for painting while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair damaged vehicle body panels and structures.
- Perform dent removal, metal shaping, hammering, and panel beating work.
- Carry out cutting, welding, and fitting of body parts as required.
- Replace damaged panels, bumpers, doors, and other body components.
- Align vehicle body frames and panels to manufacturer standards.
- Prepare repaired surfaces for painting and finishing.
- Use body shop tools, welding equipment, and measuring instruments safely.
- Inspect vehicles to identify repair requirements.
- Coordinate with painters and service advisors for timely completion of jobs.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of automobile body repair and denting work.
- Ability to use welding machines, dent pulling equipment, grinders, and hand tools.
- Understanding of vehicle body structure and panel alignment.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Welding, or relevant trade preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile body shop/tinkering work preferred.
Pay: ₹20,100.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
