Authentic Irani chai is typically prepared using a separate tea decoction and milk process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Irani Dum Chai using traditional brewing methods.
- Maintain consistent taste, aroma, and quality in every batch.
- Boil tea decoction and milk separately as per recipe standards.
- Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages.
- Keep tea-making equipment and work area clean and hygienic.
- Serve customers quickly and professionally.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Assist with other beverage and snack preparations when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
