A Telecalling Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, or provide customer support. They maintain strong communication skills to engage customers, address inquiries, and achieve sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound & Inbound Calling:
- Make calls to potential customers to promote services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries efficiently.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Explain services clearly and persuasively.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
