The Store Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the store, driving sales performance, maintaining operational standards, leading the store team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to maximize productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and minimize stock loss.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per company guidelines.
- Monitor store expenses and optimize operational costs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with regional managers and support functions for smooth operations.
- Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
