Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Execute cold calling to potential customers and follow up on marketing leads.
- Technical Sales: Explain complex automation products (e.g., Robots, Robotics, Industrial Peripherals, Servo Gearboxes, Welding Machines) and how they enhance customer productivity.
- Lead Management: Qualify prospects and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/monthly sales targets.
- CRM Utilization: Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in telesales, preferably in automation or industrial B2B sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automation systems, Robot, Gearbox, Welding machines,
- Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication and strong negotiation skills.
- Education: High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology is a plus.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Attitude: Resilient,, target-oriented, and able to handle rejection.
