Equilion Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing specialty ingredients company dedicated to delivering innovative, science-driven solutions for the personal care and cosmetic industry. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Sales & Business Development team.
Position
Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Personal Care Specialty Ingredients
Experience
3–5 years of experience in specialty chemical, cosmetic raw material, or personal care ingredient sales.
Educational Qualification
· B.Tech. (Chemical/Biotechnology or related discipline) or
· B.Sc. (Chemistry or related science)
· MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop new business opportunities for Equilion's portfolio of specialty ingredients in the personal care and cosmetics industry.
· Build and strengthen relationships with third-party (3P) contract manufacturers supplying leading personal care brands.
· Generate new business directly with personal care and cosmetic brand owners.
· Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate ingredient solutions.
· Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
· Coordinate with the technical and application teams to support product evaluations and successful commercialization.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth strategy.
· Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities in the personal care sector.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Proven experience in B2B sales of specialty chemicals, cosmetic ingredients, or personal care raw materials.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively across North India.
· Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
· Knowledge of the personal care manufacturing ecosystem, including contract manufacturers and cosmetic brands, will be an added advantage.
