Job Designation: Assistant HR
Job Summary:
The Assistant HR will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, record management, and coordination activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders while ensuring smooth HR processes.
Assist in the execution of day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related reports, MIS, and documentation using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements and activities.
Support recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and other HR processes as assigned.
Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related records.
Handle employee correspondence and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Perform general administrative and coordination tasks as required
Educational Qualifications
Professional Certifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
Experience in handling HR documentation, coordination, and administrative activities.
Hands-on experience in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good understanding of HR operations and general administration.
Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
