Role Overview:
Responsibilities:
OGS India is seeking a Manager with strong accounting and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver strong financial performance. This might be a great fit if you have a strong flair of analytical and accounting skills and would like to be part of a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global Agency Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Business Partnering

Partner with team members, business leadership and account teams to build RFP and organic opportunity responses that drive higher profitability, revenue growth, and commercial performance.

Support client contract negotiations, renewals, and scope changes through financial analysis and commercial insights.

Influence business decisions by identifying opportunities to improve margins, utilization, and overall financial outcomes.

Translate quantifiable pricing elements and commercial frameworks into compelling narratives that support our strategic positioning.

Support the development of proposal decks and presentation materials.
Commercial Support & Validation

Support the financial workstream for RFIs, RFPs, and new business opportunities, ensuring commercially sound and competitive proposals.

Validate financial assumptions, pricing models, staffing plans, and profitability projections.

Assess commercial risks, conduct scenario analysis, and provide recommendations to support profitable growth and informed decision-making.

“Own” the completion of Excel-based RFI/RFP response templates and update content following leadership team feedback

Support the team’s efforts to build an accessible inventory of commercial responses and information that is able to leverage company AI tools and speed response speed and quality.
Production Finance & Pricing Governance

Provide commercial oversight of project estimates, production budgets, and pricing proposals to ensure profitability targets are achieved.

Establish and maintain pricing governance frameworks, reviewing production assumptions, vendor costs, and resource plans.

Monitor estimate-to-actual performance and drive continuous improvements in pricing accuracy and margin delivery.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:
This may be the right role for you if you have:

Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 12+ years of experience in business FP&A Operations (mandatory).

Having prior experience into R2R processes is (Preferred)

Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn any new ERP or BI Tools

Having Good Knowledge of US GAAP.

Flexibility to take up different assignments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities

Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment

Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management or Power BI tool is a plus
