Job Responsibilities
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
- Process Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
- Perform manual payment posting and payment reconciliation.
- Identify and escalate payment discrepancies, denials, and underpayments.
- Coordinate with Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Reconciliation teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client guidelines, and internal quality standards.
- Meet defined productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12 months of experience in US Healthcare Payment Posting is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with ERA, EOB, insurance payments, patient payments, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Good analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Shift).
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
