Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage employee onboarding, HR documentation, and HRMS operations. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, experience handling end-to-end onboarding processes, and a good understanding of HR operations and employee data management. This role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should be proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite), comfortable working with HRMS platforms such as Keka, and capable of maintaining data accuracy while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities;
● Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including bulk onboarding of new hires across multiple
functions and locations.
● Coordinate pre-joining and joining formalities to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for employees.
● Create and maintain employee records in Keka and other HR systems with a high degree of accuracy.
● Conduct Keka orientation sessions and assist new joiners with HRMS navigation and employee self-service
features.
● Manage employee lifecycle activities, including official ID creation, email setup, access provisioning, and
deactivation during employee exits.
● Handle end-to-end employee system onboarding and offboarding, including email ID creation, Slack
access, Google Workspace setup, Keka activation, and access deactivation as per company policies.
● Ability to handle bulk onboarding and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
● Strong written communication skills with the ability to resolve employee queries professionally via email.
● Take ownership of assigned responsibilities while demonstrating flexibility in supporting additional HR operational requirements as the organization scales.
Required Skills & Experience
● 3+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
● Strong hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, preferably Keka.
● Experience managing bulk onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records with high accuracy.
● Good understanding of employee onboarding, offboarding, OJT processes, and HR compliance
documentation.
● Proficiency in Excel.
● High attention to detail, ownership, and accountability in day-to-day HR operations.
● Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
