About the Role
Roots Technologies is looking for an experienced HR & Operations Head to lead our Human Resources and Business Operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing recruitment, employee engagement, administration, process implementation, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Manage employee onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
- Monitor daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with different departments for operational efficiency.
- Develop operational strategies to improve productivity.
- Prepare HR and operational reports for management.
- Ensure legal and labor law compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.
