ASSISTANT MANAGER - CUSTOMER ACQUISITION | WORK FROM HOME | FULL TIME

As an Assistant Manager in Customer Acquisition you will manage the student admission process from initial inquiry to enrolment by interacting with prospective students and parents through virtual platforms. Your responsibilities will include conducting counselling sessions understanding candidate requirements and assisting students in exploring career opportunities in the maritime industry.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound communication following up with prospective candidates maintaining student records coordinating online presentations and responding to queries professionally. The role also involves achieving assigned performance targets and maintaining positive relationships with students and applicants.
This is an individual contributor role in a professional and performance driven work environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills professionalism and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in counselling admissions or sales
- Prior experience in sales counselling customer acquisition or business development is preferred but not mandatory
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary during probation : INR 5 LPA
- Salary after confirmation and promotion : INR 6 LPA

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
