We are a manual-first, high-impact platform that empowers local service professionals (Tutors, Painters, Maids, Electricians) while giving premium families a safer, commission-free way to hire verified help.
- Position: Operations & Growth Executive (Hyperlocal Ops)
- Location: Noida / Ghaziabad (Hybrid / Field Operations)

Primary Responsibilities1. Database Curation & Worker Onboarding (Supply)
- Execute the onboarding framework by interacting directly with local workers (Maids, Painters, Tutors, etc.).
- Review incoming registrations from our digital channels and implement the WhatsApp Text Blast Strategy to filter out inactive or out-of-region entries.
- Perform primary background documentation checks (Aadhaar validation prompts) to help award the Dwarlo Trust Pass .
2. Society & Community Engagement (Growth)
- Identify target premium gated societies and residential high-rise clusters in specified Noida/Ghaziabad sectors.
- Connect with local Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) or security gates to map out community vendor requirements and pitch the 30-day free verified directory trial.
- Monitor local society Facebook, Telegram, and WhatsApp groups to scout for families looking for domestic or professional help.
3. Live Matchmaking Coordination (Operations)
- Act as the real-time coordinator linking incoming family requests with our pre-verified 100-worker ledger.
- Create and manage 3-way WhatsApp connection loops between the resident and the matched worker to initiate standard monthly rate negotiations.
- Collect performance ratings and detailed feedback from both families and workers after every completed assignment to build our long-term service memory database.
Required Skill Sets & Qualifications
- Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (B.Tech / BBA / BCA or equivalent; student references from local institutions like RKGIT are highly preferred).
- Language Proficiency: Must be completely fluent in Hindi and local dialects to seamlessly interact with household workers, paired with clear communication skills in English to coordinate with premium society residents.
- Tech-Savviness: Excellent familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets, Excel data filtering, and WhatsApp Business operations. No advanced coding background is required.
- Core Competencies: High level of ownership, empathy towards daily-wage workers, street-smart execution skills, and a result-oriented mindset to work in a fast-paced solo-founder environment.
