- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or direct interaction
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Prepare and maintain a customer database including name, address, phone number, location, and category
- Send periodic reports and updates to management on business and customer status
Eligibility
- Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Experience in customer relations or similar roles is an added advantage (not mandatory)
