Job Title: Software Test Associate

Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Software Testers who are passionate
about ensuring the quality of software products. Whether you are a fresher eager to
start your career in software testing or have up to 2 years of experience, this role will
give you the opportunity to work closely with our development team, learn industry
practices, and contribute to delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Execution:
● Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various
types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and
performance testing.
● Execute test cases and document results thoroughly, identifying and
reporting defects to the development team.
Automation Testing:
● Utilize automation tools to create and maintain automated test scripts for
repetitive but necessary testing tasks.
● Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated testing
into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Defect Management:
● Track and manage software defects, collaborating with developers to
ensure timely resolution.
● Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues
contributing to defects.
Collaboration:
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product
managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and
ensure comprehensive test coverage.
● Participate in agile ceremonies, providing insights into the testing process
and contributing to continuous improvement.
Performance Testing:
● Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot
performance issues, and collaborate with the development team to
optimize application performance.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
● 0–2 years of experience in manual testing.
● Proficient in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
● Experience with testing tools like Selenium, katalon or similar.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
