Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing sales revenue. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through online/offline channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain reports of sales activities and client interactions.
- Attend business meetings, networking events, and conferences.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
