Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop effective sales strategies to increase revenue generation and business growth.
Monitor team performance and provide regular training, guidance, and support.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Conduct daily sales reviews and ensure target achievement.
Generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Ensure proper follow-up on leads and conversions by the team.
Maintain knowledge of current real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with management for sales planning and reporting.
Resolve client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
