Job Summary
The Team Lead is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations while leading a team to achieve operational excellence. The role focuses on ensuring timely shipment processing, maintaining service quality, driving productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead daily warehouse and logistics operations.
- Manage a team of Associates/Executives and ensure optimum productivity.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile operations.
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Track operational KPIs such as productivity, TAT, shipment accuracy, and service levels.
- Plan manpower allocation and shift schedules based on business requirements.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Conduct team briefings, performance reviews, coaching, and training.
- Maintain operational reports and ensure accurate documentation.
- Drive process improvements and implement cost-effective operational practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and workplace discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, E-commerce, or Operations.
- Experience in leading operational teams is preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
