Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Sales Officer to lead client acquisition, generate property sales, and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, market understanding, negotiation ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage qualified leads through calls, references, campaigns, site visits, and networking.
- Handle end-to-end property sales processes from enquiry to closing.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property site visits professionally.
- Explain project details, pricing, ROI, payment plans, and investment opportunities to customers.
- Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
- Prepare daily sales reports, lead status updates, and pipeline tracking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and customers.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property regulations.
- Support junior sales staff and contribute to team performance improvement.
