Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Golang and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with complex codebases, RESTful APIs, databases, DevOps practices, and modern frontend technologies. Strong hands-on experience with Go and React.js is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable RESTful APIs using Golang.
- Develop dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to deliver high-quality full-stack solutions.
- Define data models and database schemas.
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases while ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Build, manage, and maintain deployment pipelines.
- Implement and support CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and production-ready code.
- Create and maintain application design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance documentation.
- Provide accurate development estimates and timelines for assigned tasks.
- Troubleshoot application and production issues and contribute to root-cause analysis.
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and respond to production emergencies when required.
- Work effectively within Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
Mandatory Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience working with medium/large and complex codebases.
- Strong hands-on experience in Golang (Go).
- Strong hands-on experience in React.js.
- Proven experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
- Experience with databases, including relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and professional work ethic.
- Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore.
- Candidates must be comfortable working onsite.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 10–15 days will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of React.js best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or similar automation tools.
- Strong database management experience.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
