Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Manage daily social media activities and community engagement.
- Coordinate with the design and video editing team to create high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative campaign ideas.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and content scheduling tools.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and AI tools is an added advantage.
