- Manage and monitor the daily operations of all hospital departments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clinical, nursing, diagnostic, and support services.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Monitor departmental performance and address operational challenges promptly.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service.
- Resolve patient and attendant grievances in coordination with concerned departments.
- Monitor patient satisfaction scores and implement corrective actions.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
