We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Editing & Multitasking Intern to join our on-site team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in data editing, research, and content coordination while offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently, and proficient in using MS Office and Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Data Editing & Content Coordination
(Comprehensive training will be provided.)
- Review, edit, and refine documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a professional standard of quality.
- Conduct research and verify information to maintain the accuracy and credibility of content.
- Collaborate with the design team to effectively integrate visuals, charts, and infographics into documents.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with project goals and quality standards.
- Format and adapt content for different platforms while maintaining a polished and professional presentation.
Multitasking & Research
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Assist with competitor analysis and provide recommendations for strategic improvements.
- Support campaign evaluation activities and suggest enhancements to improve overall performance.
Training & Professional Development
- Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing training sessions to strengthen technical knowledge and professional skills.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
- Good command of English grammar, proofreading, and document formatting.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Dedicated to producing accurate, high-quality work.
