Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons.
- Manage classroom with warmth and discipline.
- Conduct circle time, phonics, rhymes, art.
- Ensure child safety and hygiene daily.
- Supervise meals, playtime, and rest time.
- Maintain child observation records.
- Communicate professionally with parents.
- Support events and school celebrations.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Encourage creativity and independence.
Skills Required:
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Patient, nurturing, and energetic.
- Good classroom management ability.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
