Position: HR Intern
Location: Hazra More, Near Jatin Das Park Metro, Kolkata, West Bengal.
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹5000 - ₹6,000
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Week Off: Tuesday
Laptop: Must have own laptop(Do not apply if you dont have own laptop)
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and managers.
Grievance Handling:
- Assisting in addressing and resolving employee concerns.
Who Should Apply?
- Candidates with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive individual with a keen interest in HR and operations.
