Good communication skills(English, Hindi and Odia) written as well as verbal.
Documentation skills.
Basic Technical Skills.
Inbound and outbound calls to the Customer Service Points(CSP’s) of the assigned locations.
Prepare regular report and submit to the concerned stakeholders
Update CSP profile regularly in the system.
