Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of our banquet halls and event venues. The ideal candidate will ensure that all event spaces, guest areas, washrooms, and back-of-house areas are clean, well-maintained, and ready before, during, and after every event.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure banquet halls, venue premises, guest areas, and washrooms are clean and presentable at all times.
- Prepare and inspect event venues before functions to meet company standards.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily cleaning schedules.
- Monitor cleaning activities during events and respond promptly to housekeeping requirements.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Banquet, and Maintenance teams for smooth event execution.
- Ensure timely cleaning after every event and prepare the venue for upcoming bookings.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain hygiene standards.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company SOPs.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, grooming, and workplace safety.
- Maintain housekeeping records, attendance, and daily reports.

Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Diploma in Hotel Management or Housekeeping/ Graduate is preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in banquet, hotel, convention centre, hospitality, or event venue housekeeping.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
