Field Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Present company products and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Market Research
- Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Share market feedback with management.
5. Field Visits & Reporting
- Plan and execute daily field visits efficiently.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or reporting system.
6. Lead Management
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of prospective clients.
7. Payment Collection
- Coordinate with customers for timely payments.
- Follow up on outstanding dues when required.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
8. Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and customer support teams for smooth order execution.
- Assist in resolving customer issues promptly.
9. Documentation
- Prepare quotations, order forms, and sales agreements.
- Maintain proper records of customer data and sales activities.
10. Compliance
- Follow company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.

- Monthly sales target achievement.
- Number of daily client visits.
- New customer acquisition.
- Lead conversion ratio.
- Customer retention rate.
- Collection of outstanding payments.
- Timely submission of reports.
Required Skills

- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
