Marketing Executive - Contracting cum Real Estate Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project bids in coordination with the technical and estimating teams.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote company services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction and real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-outs, exterior works, and roofing systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Candidate must have a reliable two -wheeler for daily commute, client meetings and site visits.
